Scuttle is an open source web-based bookmark manager (very similar to http://del.icio.us). You can get Scuttle from SourceForge and install it on your own website or, if you prefer not to go through all of the work or do not have a web site check out my Scuttle site on Adercon.com. You can register and set up your own account for free!
Scuttle allows importing of existing bookmarks by going to ‘add a bookmark’ and selecting an import source. Currently bookmark file (e.g. IE, Firefox, Netscape, etc.) and del.icio.us imports are supported along with instructions on how to export from each.
